Artistic Director
JEFF CHURCH
An East Providence native, Jeff is the founding Artistic Director of the Burbage Theatre Co., having produced every Burbage production since its inception in 2010. Jeff is a graduate of Rhode Island College, from which he holds a B.A. in Theatre Performance. He is an adjunct professor of acting at both the University of Rhode Island and Rhode Island College. Jeff is also a proud member of the Actors' Equity Association of America.
Executive Director
ALLISON CREWS
Allison Crews is the Executive Director of Burbage Theatre Company; and is a resident company member as both actor and director. Originally from Franklin, MA, Allison attended Rhode Island College and graduated in 2010 with a B.A. in Theatre Performance. Allison is a SAG-AFTRA member and also works as a performance artist and producer for TEN31 Productions.
Technical Director
ANDREW IACOVELLI
Andrew, also know as Ike, is a founding member and the Technical Director of the Burbage Theatre Co. He is a graduate of Rhode Island College, holding a B.A. in Theatre Performance. He has both acted in and designed many of Burbage's productions since its inception. You can often find him running up ladders and using power tools. Feel free to say hello.
Production Manager
BRITTANY COSTELLO
Graduating from the University of Rhode Island in 2015 with a B.F.A in Theatrical Design and Technology, and a B.A in Writing and Rhetoric, Brittany immediately joined the Rhode Island theatre scene. As a jack of most trades and a jill of the rest, Brittany is also a stage manager, deck chief, and carpenter for various Rhode Island theatres. She will never say no to a cup of coffee, or the opportunity to see photos of pets.
Marketing Director
JAMES LUCEY
James was born and raised in Fall River, Massachusetts, and graduated from Bishop Connolly High School. At various times, he's been a musician, writer, editor, and actor. In 2010, James enrolled at Rhode Island College with the intention to gain a degree in marketing, but after seeing early Burbage plays like The Maids and An Evening With David Ives, plans changed. James began acting and reviewing theatre and first appeared on the Burbage stage in the original play Refacilitation. James has since performed in ten Burbage shows an has supported the company through its maturation. James holds a degree in History from Rhode Island College and ironically works in marketing for Taylor Box Company and Burbage Theatre Company.
Social Media Marketing
GABRIELLE McCAULEY
Gabrielle McCauley graduated from Rhode Island College in January 2017 with her B.A. in Theatre Performance and made her Burbage debut in The Great Gatsby that fall. In addition to being Resident Artist, Gabby has worked alongside James as a part of the marketing team since June 2018! She has a special interest in social media marketing and is grateful to Burbage for giving her the opportunity to explore this platform. Gabby has also spent five summers volunteering as a counselor and theatre educator at Camp AmeriKids in NY, she love fun, and will never turn down an opportunity to change her hair.

VALERIE WESTGATE
Valerie Westgate is a founding member of Burbage Theatre Company and has acted in numerous productions since its inception. She is a graduate of Rhode Island College with a degree in Theatre Performance.
